Michindoh is a Christian Camp and Conference Center located in Hillsdale, Michigan. Founded in 1910, we function year-round and provide three main services: a Youth Summer Camp, an Outdoor Education program geared towards elementary schools, and a Retreat Center for churches and organizations. We specialize in adventure & traditional camp activities and have the resources to accommodate most guest needs.

Our Campus sits on over 250 acres of rolling hills, streams, wetlands, and surround a spring-fed lake. Our Mission is to serve the retreat and conference needs of the Body of Christ while also creating strategic opportunities for evangelism, nurturing and disciplining. All for God's glory

Michindoh is looking for counselors, lifeguards, guest services coordinators, and full-time employees. Employment is guaranteed if hired! Expected weekly pay starts at $235 plus free room and board. Staff members are required to live on campus. Michindoh also offers paid training and certifications, a $500 paid Summer End Bonus, and the ability to fundraise additional pay.
