Mt. Cross is a summer camp near Santa Cruz, California - redwoods, mountains, and the ocean mean we have a ton of ways to do camp! Beyond a great location, we normally offer 8 different onsite camps, including high school service + adventure, surf 'n' turf, church groups, adults with developmental disabilities, and youth camp, plus going offsite to lead day camps at churches. This year, we will primarily be offering Family Camp for up to 7 families at a time. We hire for many different positions; media, creative arts, lifeguard, kitchen, maintenance, high ropes, and village leaders - no matter your interest or skill, apply to join our team!

We are an ELCA/LCMS camp. Housing is provided and required. Expected pay is $300-$325/week. Check out our website below for more information!
