We are putting together a powerful team of young ministry leaders who are going to change the world by working hard, talking faith and caring for others. The NLOM Summer Ministry Team provides leadership for our day and residence camp programs. Carol Joy Holling Camp, Ashland, Neb. and Sullivan Hills Camp near Lodgepole, Neb. offer programs for first through twelfth graders as well as programs for adults and youth with special needs. Summer Ministry Team members may spend all summer at one site or get to work at both sites! Signing on to our team means you will be serving as a “backyard missionary” because we will be working with youth right in our own backyard – campers from area farms and cities. Kids need camp - they need a community where living and growing in Christ is contagious and fun.

If you are in need of experience to fulfill an academic or internship requirement, we are willing to work with you to modify a position to fit your needs.

NLOM is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and is currently hiring Summer Interns, Counselors, Lifeguards, Challenge Course Facilitators, Wranglers, and HealthCare Staff.
