Welcome to Valpo SPARK

Our Story

In 2017, a couple of Valparaiso students with a passion for camp and ministry set out to share that passion with the Valpo community. They named the organization "Spark" because they wanted to spark an interest in the deep impact this kind of ministry had on all those who encounter it. This spark was an interest that could be fanned into a fire. Camp is a place of connection and growth. Each member of our team, past and future, has felt that fire and wants to share it with others. We believe in the power of camp to change lives and shape paths, and to spark that change in others is joy.
